Cancellation Policy

We value both your time and ours! We require 24 hour notice if you have to cancel your appointment. This notice allows us to adjust the schedule and possibly accommodate another beauty. Also, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule you for another time so all the other appointments that day can run on schedule. We charge a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Ugh. I'm glad we got that awkwardness out of the way💕
